Mr. Sanjay Shinde, B.Sc. (Nursing) and M.Sc. (Pediatric Nursing) received undergraduate and postgraduate in nursing and midwifery training from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, India. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in Ministry of Education Mizan-Tepi University, Ethiopia (East-Africa) with more than seven years of teaching and research experience. He has published many research papers and articles in international journal of nursing education and research.

Mr. Firew Tiruneh, B.Sc., M.Sc. received undergraduate and postgraduate in midwifery and child health from Addis Ababa University of Health Sciences, Ethiopia. He has more than six years of teaching and research experience.
